I'm really not used to CGing this kind of lighting. I needed a few tries just to get it to look even remotely streetlight-ish.
In retrospect, I think it could've been much better with even harder shadows.
I was also trying different SAI brush settings but I failed. ('cause it still looks the same as my recent inks.)
I was hoping to get some lines that look better with this type of CG style. T_T
